It is a 3 days detox program that involves 1 day of preparation, 1 day Dry Fasting for 24 hours without eating or drinking anything and 1 day of coming out of Dry Fasting day, where you can consume some liquids and light plant based food.

Dry Fasting it is a detoxifying method that helps to reset the whole-body system. Do you know that our body needs at least 4 hours to digest the food and at least 16 hours to get rid of wastes? Unfortunately, nobody taught us how our body works and quite often we don’t give our body that necessary break without food to heal, repair and replenish its own resources. Not given enough time without having something to eat and having frequent snacks, we are making our bodies work non-stop, causing toxicity,  various chronic illnesses and premature aging.

You can start it whenever it is convenient for you at any time. However, you must consider that it is best to take 3 days off from work, as during this program you most likely to have symptoms of feeling weak, fatigue, also, hunger, dry mouth, mood swings and low mood.

CAN IT BE DONE ON A REGULAR WEEKLY BASES?

Yes, you can experience the best benefits if you do it once a week every week, but you need to try it first to see what it is like.
