Anna is a (British Wheel of Yoga) Yoga and Pilates teacher as well as a Personal Coach in Fitness and Bodybuilding. She has been interested and practicing different types of yoga for over 16 years. Her deep passion for yoga appeared as an inner call to self-development on the physical, mental and spiritual level. Early in life she has been actively involved into athletics and big tennis. Her love to sport grew from then.

Her yoga journey started from Kundalini yoga and mainly through meditation and chanting. While earlier then she was straggling with focus and vision about future, meditation had helped her to clear the mental blocks and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Further in life, she has developed passion into completely different type of sport. Bodybuilding has considerably changed Anna’s life for better.
Seeing that your body and look changes gradually is great, as well as it helps significantly to turn the clock back and look much younger, all these are great motivational factors that keep you going and progress further. Improved body strength and mental alertness some are the best rewards Anna have seen so far. Having said that, all these could not be achieved with a correct diet. There were a lot of mistakes and trials that did not work in the past, so it took a while to learn about what your body really needs in order to support physical and mental wellbeing while keeping a good shape, so basically supporting yourself on all levels.
Nowadays there are various types of diet you can choose from, but the problem is that they all seem to be standard or fixed, without taking into considerations what is the original condition of the body, age, different life style, habits, digestive requirements and so on. Nevertheless, there is a balance that can be achieved to gain that harmony between body cravings and physical appearance. that many of us require for personal confidence and self esteem. Surely, this vital part can be gained too , together with Anna’s knowledge, experience, guidance and support.
Currently, Anna enjoys teaching Hatha/ Power yoga and Pilates, providing PT sessions and coaching people on a one to one basis or in groups, help them to achieve their health goals and to explore the true potential no matter what the individual circumstances are.
