Please read. The scheme of working with me looks like this:

I’m sending you a questionnaire.

You fill it out in full and send it to my WhatsApp along with the payment confirmation, your photo and your full name specified in the text message, so that I do not lose you.

Within 5 days, I will make a program according to your requirements and send it to you.

The ONLINE program includes:

–  List of all food that is required for you during the program;

– Your dietary recommendation of Protein/Carbohydrates for each day.

– Monthly Training schedule;

–  List of all exercises for different muscle groups;

– Description of all exercises + links to videos of all exercises;

– Answers to questions exclusively about the program;

– Track and support of your progress.  I monitor you according to your reports, results, if necessary, we change exercises, classes and nutrition.

The first 2 weeks we look, try and monitor, then make some adjustments. You will then, send a report once a week: a photo of your body shape (front view, back view).

If you do not understand something, we will communicate with you by WhatsApp (however, the questions like “how to peel the egg from the shell” or something to eat “a cucumber or a tomato” I do not answer, please google it instead).

Then, if necessary, we can make changes in training to engage other muscles and make a variety in your exercise routing. I can change the diet plan based on your feedback.

For the next month, I will definitely write a new training program to help you to progress further.

Everything is very individual, depending on your goals and deadlines. Also, I must say that training in accordance with the program and proper nutrition is not an easy task. The responsibility for fulfilling this program is entirely yours. Remember, everything you eat extra or missing your training session will put you one step behind of your body dream.

PRICE:

1 Month – £200

with online coaching

report 1 time a week, (questions/video answers 2 times a week). The most important month to understand the principles of nutrition and learn the techniques (You can send me videos of exercises as you do them, and I will adjust if necessary).

1 Month – £120

without online coaching

This program can be used for beginners up to 2 months. But if you feel that you can easily cope with this program and you need to change the intensity, change the pace, then you need to extend the program.

I have a lot of experience in losing weight, gaining muscle mass and maintaining a figure. Programs are written based on your data, which you specify in the questionnaire, as well as your photos.
